ImoInspect is invite-only during early access, so there is no public sign-up. Once we have set your agency up, we create the accounts and you can carry out your first inspection the same day. The app runs on Android; an iPhone version is in preparation.

Yes — the entire platform is available in Portuguese, and every report can be produced in Portuguese or English, chosen per inspection. Write to us in Portuguese and we will reply in Portuguese.
A report is stored for twelve months from the day it was sent and is then deleted automatically; the download link stops working after thirty days. You and the parties keep the PDF that was sent to you — we are not an archive. The full retention table is in our Privacy Policy.
Not yet. Today ImoInspect stands on its own: you carry out the inspection on the phone and the report goes straight to the parties by email. If there is software you would want it to connect to, tell us in the form — that is how we decide what to build next.
